We do not make our dough fresh daily. We make it the day before, and let it age to the perfect flavor. We painstakingly form each piece of dough by hand, not with a machine. Hand-Tossed, this dough forms the perfect crust for your pizza.

We cut all Fresh Vegetables in our store to ensure flavor. We grate our own cheese, from a Treasure Valley cheese plant.
